Services

We offer CPR and First Aid courses for everyone, including parents, families, workplaces, and healthcare professionals, delivered in and around Montréal and the West Island. Training is available in both English and French and is taught by certified paramedics and healthcare professionals with extensive front line experience. All courses follow the most up to date guidelines and standards and are fully certified through the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

As two dedicated paramedics, we teach because we genuinely believe in sharing real world knowledge that saves lives. Our approach is personal, practical, and hands on, shaped by years of responding to real emergencies. We create a supportive learning environment where participants feel comfortable asking questions, practicing skills, and building the confidence to act when it matters most. In addition to CPR and First Aid, we are certified to teach STOP THE BLEED®, empowering individuals to respond effectively to severe bleeding emergencies. We come to you, delivering training in the comfort of your chosen location, whether at home, work, school, or in the community, making it easy to learn life saving skills where you feel most at ease.

This course provides step by step instruction to help you respond confidently to emergencies involving infants and children. Participants learn how to recognize choking versus normal gagging in babies, perform CPR, and take immediate action in life threatening situations.

Training includes hands only CPR, safe use of an AED for adults, children, and infants, as well as effective emergency manoeuvres for choking across all age groups. The course also covers how to stop severe bleeding and the first critical actions to take in both common and serious emergencies involving babies and young children.

Hands on practice ensures participants leave knowing exactly what to do when every second counts.

This course provides step by step training for health care professionals and first responders who are required to respond to life threatening emergencies in clinical and prehospital settings. Participants develop the skills and confidence to perform high quality CPR, manage airway and ventilation, and work effectively as part of a resuscitation team.

Training focuses on evidence based Basic Life Support practices for adults, children, and infants, with hands on practice in single rescuer, multi rescuer, and team based scenarios. Participants also learn to recognize and manage a range of medical emergencies commonly encountered in professional care environments.

Basic Life Support BLS Certification valid for 1 year

The ACLS Provider course is an advanced, evidence based program designed for healthcare professionals who manage cardiovascular emergencies in clinical and prehospital settings.
